would love to have a dog - what about snakes ?. do you have the dog on a run when free camping? we always treated our dog as a family member as well and have not yet replace our last one. we bought a van in 1999 and stop in parks that do not allow pets. (silly us) thinking of changing to a motor home and will free camp a lot then - a dog would be a beaut mate as well as good security . i was concerned about a dogs health. how about ticks and bates farmers drop for foxes and dingoes? would value your advise regards peter

Hi everyone i am only new at this i have been a member of big 4 for a few years now, they are dearer than some parks tho they are great when we are only going away for a day or 2 we take the tent, longer the van. You get free night camping with them 3 - 4 times a year and you can get nearly all your money back in one go and they put on sausage sizzle for the whoe park, i envey all you guys that you go away for months at a time that is our dream, do it while you can Kerry
