Hi B and B
Thanks for your message. We still don’t have our new van but aren’t really expecting it until early May. We too have ordered the 658s so I hope we don’t have the problems that you have had. The dealer seems really nice and has told us that he will pay for us to stay in a van park near the dealership on our first night – he will come over and help us set up and be available if we have any problems. He will also go through everything with us earlier that day – no matter how long it takes. Seems like a really nice man. Should keep in touch to see how things progress with your travels.
Dianne

Did Fleetwood offer an apology and/or throw in any extras as compensation?
Cheers, OJ

Never, ever tell anyone you’re not in a hurry!!!!!!
The timber for the doors had to come from Italy??? and was delayed. Then the drop down table that we had ordered wasn’t fitted when the van arrived. Next it was just a matter of everyone having time at the same time for us to collect it. Service from the dealer has been fabulous – problems were from the factory but all seems good so far.

We have the van and are now doing some travelling – bought the 2000 diesel landcruiser auto – couldn’t be happier with the van and the car. No problems with the van – very comfortable with lots of extras – so far it gets 10/10 from us.
