I recently bought a new caravan while travelling in Qland. It was manufactured in Victoria. On getting back to Tas I went to transfer registration but found that Transport Tas require an electrical certification number affixed to the caravan as you have with gas certification.On contacting the maker they did not know anything about it.This required an accredited sparky to inspect the van and apply for a cert number.So be aware if re registering in tasmania.

Thats why we never registered ours in Tassie. Plus they are too darned expensive compared to Vic. Good info for others though.
