G'day Geoff,

If it was mine I'd want the towball weight to be at least 100 kgs (by shifting the load).

G'day Geoff,
Welcome to the 4um,
When you say camper trailer, do you mean a tent type or hard top with beds that pop out?
The reason I ask is that a hard top will handle more like a caravan and a tent type would be like a 6X4 trailer.
If it's a hard top I would definately try to get more weight on the ball, as OT says around 100kg, and then run a single bar WDH, to get the weight back to the front wheels of the tug.
If it's a tent type it wont be as critical to move some weight forward, but if you can then do so.
Frank

Ditto.
100 to 120Kg Ball weight with a 120KG WDH and you'll travel well.
