Quick Hookups
On all my vans and boat trailers I've used a fisheye mirror placed on the van front so I can see my tow ball for quick hookups, the mirrors can be purchased at auto parts stores for a few dollars.

G'day Rolex, That's not a bad idea. Seeing the fisheye is curved, how difficult is it to judge distance and placement well?

G'day all, I've used a truck/caravan style mirror, about 8" X 4" attached to the towel rail, and use that when SWMBO can't help, works well, also made a sheet metal cover for it with a thin piece of rubber stuck to the front of that, it just slips on when travelling and stops rocks flying off the rear wheels and smashing the mirror, saw a couple of broken ones.
