Not the Pilbara, but they don't come much better than the amenities at Sandstone WA.

We have stayed at 2 parks that had the full facilities, one on the Great Ocean Rd and another just south of Narooma on the NSW south coast.
Toilet, shower and handbasin in small cubicles, dont mind paying for park fees if the facilities are like that.

A bit off topic but the smallest shower I have ever seen was on a cruise ship.
It was triangular, and if you dropped the soap, bad luck; bend over to get it and you finished up outside the shower hanging onto the basin.... :D
May have had some thing to do with our position on the ship, I reckon our room was just over the prop shaft. Princess line but I chose the knaves quarters .....
I now have to note that I cannot accept owners ship, truth, quality, or veracity, of articles I may quote off the internet.

Off topic too, but I found on a cruise ship last year the BEST shower was in the gym!!! Had it all to myself too at 7 am in the morning each day - bonus!!

Most showers in the ammentities are ridiculiously small and very difficult to keep clothes dry. Wife uses dressing gown, me shorts.
Dick.
I tried to go to the shower wearing minimal clothing
I'm now banned from that caravan park

Telegraph Point in NSW has extremely good amenities.
The Murchison CP in Kalbarri has installed 2 new ensuite buildings each having 12 units.
Basically they are very up to date skid huts of the type that you see in mining camps;non better than these that I've seen.
