The cassette door on our van had not been sealed between the outside frame & aluminium cladding & leaked water.

The result was that the inside lining became stained & rotting, not a good look.

I contacted Thetford re removing the inner frame to replace the lining, only to be told that there are 8 clips holding the frame & once the frame is fitted it can't be removed.

I fitted another liner over the top of the original, using a 0.5 mm thick plastic cutting board from the $2-00 shop.

I made the new liner about 5 mm bigger than the inside of the frame & fitted it into place.

A TIP:- Use a white pencil eraser to push the sheet between the frame & the existing lining material.
