Post A Caravan is Born
Below are a couple of shots of our new Lotus Trackvan Extreme / Trooper. It is very early days for this caravan. I hope to get some more shots of its build.

This is a Trooper built in the Lotus Sprint shape. There were two reasons for that. The front window and a second 4 seasons hatch on the forward section of the roof.

The front window will give a lot more air flow, we found that with the big windows in the side of the van there is heaps, so one more can only be better, will it be the same bubble type in the front with split screens.

Also notice you have dividers in you bed side cuboards do you have hanging space else where.

In our last van a Coromal 615 we had hanging space there.

We decided to do away with hanging space. The cloths we take when on holidays are not really the type you need to hang anyway. The selves will actually give us more space for clothing.

G/Day Mowog
The people at Lotus have put a lot of thought into their caravans, with new innovated ideas, we purchased ours on the Gold Coast from Walkers Caravans which now are Gold Coast Caravans which are highly regarded in the industry, nothing is to much trouble for them, late last year while giving the van a wash I noticed a small indent on the roof nothing to worry about re : leakage ect, only appearance wise, I understand it was done by their contractor fitting the two 85 watt solar panels, I e-mailed the Lotus people in Melbourne just as a courtesy to inform them re if there was a warranty problem in the future, they phoned back within an hour and told me the Gold Coast dealer would contact me about fixing the problem, to cut along story short, they ended up putting an extra 120 watt Solar Panel over the small indentation, and fully wired up ect, as I stated the small indentation was insignificant you could hardly notice it but the Lotus people go out of their way re customer satisfaction.

  Cheers

Thanks for the feedback.

I ordered mine through Caravan World at Woombye. They are great to deal with and really helped with a van that is just little different to the normal Trackvan/Trooper Spec.
