I live about 32ks south of Hobart on the coast. Semi retired (work when I need money) and live a simple low impact life. Self taught "wood butcher" (carpenter) with a Toyota Hiace Commuter which I cart my tools around in. I am seriously considering buying a small pop top (up to say 4mtrs) either that is useable now or for renovation(I think finance will mean it will be the later). My intention is to hook the van on the Hiace and head off toward the middle of next year to the big island and do a bit of tripping around and do odd jobs/small home renos about the place to supplement the self funded retirement income (aka super).
Your thoughts and comments on my plan would be muchly appreciated.
Sounds like a sound plan. Get to see the country and earn a bit of cash along the way. Doesnt get much better than that. After all the media coverage on "Tiger", you should get alot of female customers after your services. Oh and by the way, welcome to the forum mate.
Cheers Jabba
