Anyone else have problems?

Post by silvajon » Mon Dec 15, 2014 8:59 am

On the 7/11/14 took up the great offer for 20 months subscription + a120w solar panel for $199 and paid immediately and received a receipt. After reading a few posts on here about how long it takes to set up subscription didn’t worry to much about it till I rang them today.

Despite having an order number plus a customer number it seems I don’t exist. After much to-ing and fro-ing and 45 minutes on the mobile it seems I was there just been missed in the old software upgrade. Now where have I heard that lately?

Ok what can you do for me was my question and the answer was nothing but offer a refund. Alright I should get my money back but to me that’s not the point. I made plans on the understanding I would receive those panels.

Am I a happy little camper? No. Ah well just another speed bump on the highway of life.

Funny way to run a business.

Rant over. Feel a little better now..

Hi John,

I purchased a 200 watt panel off E-bay for $219 delivered.
I considered the cable off the panel to be inadequate in size at 2.5mm and replaced it with 6mm. Maybe I tend towards overkill when it comes to cable size.
The panel works fine.
I used Paypal through E-bay and happy with overall results.

Yes conga I have looked at those. Just abit peed off with it all. I thought I had a good deal and end up with nothing in the end, no panel and no magazine subscription as well.

They do say if it sounds to good to be true and all that.
