Oddly enough I cannot think of anything that fits the category of a bucket list item.

Rather happy where I am right now.

Shags, how about an ultra-low sub-knee-height bucket to escape the need to venture outside in the chilly winter just to lift your leg? ;-)

OT,

Nah it’s all good.
I get to sleep inside where it’s warm.
I go to sleep with the rumble of the ocean in my lugs and rise to watch the sun rise over the bay.
Plenty of tucker on the table and more than enough interests to fill in the day.
My dawg thinks I am as clever as anybody could ever be and to top it off my lawn mower starts first hit. It’s a manual roller mower and the dawgs delusional but no matter.
What more could I want.

Bucket list: make that the Lotto list
Travel to Broome, board the the Lady M or a similar boat with just our friends, sail to Darwin and back to Broome.
Have a customised, true off road van built to be able to go anywhere we want to and haven’t been to yet.

Tassie is at the top. I’ve done a couple of laps of the “mainland”, been all over the place, but Tassie is still out there. I’ll get there.
The river cruises of Europe and the cruise and train through Alaska and Canada.
I don’t really care where I go, as long as I go.

Many people just want to travel overseas, but for us, we have a great country at our doorstep and we want to enjoy this before overseas travel.
When asking our financial adviser how we could live in Brisbane in winter and have a unit in Tassie in the summer, his reply was simply this… Win Gold Lotto.
One can only dream, but the Lotto is still or should I say has been on our bucket list for some 20 plus years now.
Hopefully still have plenty of time left to acheive our dreams.

J&D,
My only advice is: forget financial advisors or Tats winnings and do what you can when you can :) :)
Experienced in travel, but still a beginner when it comes to a caravan
Up front: 2011 Nissan X-Trail 4 x 4
Behind: Rental van. We were thinking about our own A’van Cruiser or maybe a Windsor Little Shuttle instead but now a Jayco Freedom is our favourite!

To be lucky enough to enjoy good health long enough to travel Oz…. a few times over, in the van

And to someday actually afford to retire and enjoy a van trip of longer than 10 days!!!
