Nev, fill up with fuel at the Shell on the left just before you enter PA proper.

There are large truck filling bays on the far side of the servo and plenty of room to park there for coffee or lunch.

Buy $20 worth of stuff you eventually need (we get dunny rolls) for an extra 10 cents off fuel.

Jock,
At PA site you just need a bucket or container to catch your sink/shower water.
There is a dump point at the site.
Hutchison is a wide open bush camp so no problems there.
The others are regular Caravan Parks.
Wiki has a couple of other sites around Coober Pedy which are not in CAW 9, i.e. Op Shop(Clothes Barn) small, cheap, and basic, need to call first as only a few sites. Free Camp at 28:59.47 S 134:45.16 E
I have not stayed at either so cant recommend or otherwise.
There is also the wayside stop under the truck on the highway OK for an overnighter.
Spuds at Woomera is OK for overnight, not on the weekend Im told, it is a bit noisy and dusty.
