We’ve got a row of O’Trees along the railway line at work but I need to be quick to beat the Europeans to them. :lol:

Hi Lance that is fresh water, the only time the olive sees salt is at the very end. :)

I asked around can’t find an Italian what smoked an olive; ever.

Worth a try though……

Believe me DT. You can smoke anything.Theirs a bloke who sells olives of every persuasion.He is Sicilian .He put me on to smoked Kalamata olives,he would be the best olive chap in OZ.he sells at Yandina markets every Saturday morning.Sells a truck load every week.Peter

This is for when my tree gets more than 10 olives :lol: My wife did do our 10 olives this year and got upset when i ate them, they were good.
It’s funny i never ate them as a kid, didn’t know about them, now i like them a lot.
