Foxtel has done it again.

Just tuned in to watch the Formula 1 Grand Prix from Malasia, but it appears Foxtel has stolen it. As well as stealing the free to air V8s, only getting highlights, usually the next day. Next will be Bathurst I expect. I refuse to get Foxtel as it has as many repeats and adds as the free to air channels. I thought there was some sort of Government arrangement re keeping free to air shows.
My whinge for the day.

Foxtel stole the F1 about 2 years ago.

When they also stole the V8s it was agreed that all of the long distance events would still be fully covered by Channel 10. This includes the Clipsal, Sandown, Bathurst and maybe a couple of others.

I can't watch any shows without recording them as there are just far too many adds. Even fast forwarding through the adds is painful.
But watching the car races live on HD is very nice I must admit.

We are seriously thinking of tell Fox what they can do with their BOX.

We pay huge $$$$ and then have to put up with all those bloody commercials. Don't get me started on repeats.

Free to air is not much better and I don't know about you but I refuse to watch any of those sort of reality shows including the Block etc.

Now looking at Netflex and or Stan.

And also the video shops are fast disappearing if not already gone.

So I am entertaining myself with this little magic machine called FRED. or more so a Computer.

Better entertainment than any TV can give you.

I am the opposite,like footy channel and the little lady loves reno shows and property shows as well,We have all the fox channels and at the moment we are down loading a lot of their dramas from box sets and on demand using our foxtel 3 machine ,ECT,Victoria,The night of,Ray Donovan,and a show called Turns all great shows.We take the basic machine with us as its best with traveiling and leave the i3 at home.All ways easy to set up on the dish.IMHO Peter
