Pizza Dish

If you pass a pile at the next council cleanup and spy a microwave oven that someone is chucking out, stop and grab the Pyrex glass carousel out of it. They are perfect for baking pizzas and dead easy to clean.

Good idea. :)
I now have to note that I cannot accept ownership, truth, quality, or veracity, of articles I may quote off the internet.

Can you use them in a standard oven without them cracking?

They should be made of pyrex type glass so yes. Preferably don’t put them straight into a hot oven, but allow it to warm with the oven. Just be careful to allow them to cool in air and not with water, as even pyrex will crack with thermal shock.

We use them in our fan forced over all the time. A spray with oil and they clean up like a beauty. You can also preheat them before sticking the pizza on.
