The site is OK it is just that some people on the forum have lost their sense of humour.
Although we like to think we have a particular talent base to answer and put forward information to help others, there is also the informality that makes it unique.
Also, some need to “get a life”.
Ask a question, get an answer; if not ask again as some of us like to have a Nana nap occasionally, OK?

I hope my sense of humour is the last thing I loose….
And Yes I really should get a life but creating sanctimonious little diversions is so much fun…

Dove’s original post has now been seriously hi-jacked. Although I am loathe to join these de-railers, I could not let slip the opportunity to display my lack of humour sense  by commenting on Deanus’s post.
He complains about the lack of interest in the Forum BUT he has been a member for nearly 18 months and has only posted twice !!!!!
If anyone else watching feels the same as Deanus, I would suggest that if you want the Forum to be more interesting, take the time to contribute rather than just be a watcher (Lurker).

Jock, dont be afraid to digress. It shows you are human….
Personally I have problems coping with those with tunnel vision (particularly when they are towing a caravan and can only see whats directly in front of them) but those who look around them at the “bigger picture and issues” seem generally more ballanced and vibrant…. As you say thats what the forum needs, participants not idlers….
