I mean about 1 m in dia. to make a good paella with most ingredients in the paella.

The International section in my old Women’s Weekly lists for India, Beef Vindaloo or Tandoori Chicken served with rice and maybe a side of cucumber & yoghurt. There is a sweet served at the local Indian place I can’t remember what its call. Its like a small donut ball in a sweet heavy syrup. Some-one might know the name of it. I brought it from an Oriental shop in a packet mix a couple of years ago. Have a great night.

Just had a brainwave. How about an Irish lamb chops and spud stew?
Or even better, Kangaroo Tail soup. Cant get more inter==national than that

haha willem it sounds good ,but am not going away to cook for about 60 people ,I gave that up years ago

soups are out Deborah as far as I know ,irish stew sounds good and it will be a cold night
I have written all suggestions down so am getting lots to sort through ,some I will even make here at home
I think the paella will be here at home for us as we both love our seafood ,I showed john a photo of what a paella was ,and he said hey I am not sharing that with anyone

What about a quick chicken curry
onion, 2 garlic cloves, tbsp green curry paste, 500g chicken tenderloins, 400ml lite coconut cream, tsp chicken stock, tomato and coriander
