Hi Motherhen,
I didn’t count the caravan spaces but there was more than four available. There were plenty of single car spots set aside for camper vans as well. But this didn’t stop them parking in the caravan spots. The signage at the site I thought was adequate and clear.
I also use the nett to find free camps. When I plan a trip I usually have a plan B in case the site is full. If all else fails than I find a caravan park.

I don’t agree with caravans parking in designated truck parking areas. And I dont agree with cars that park in the caravan parking areas. A lot of the larger service stations have designated trailer parking areas and yet people park their cars in them dispite there being plenty of car spaces. Generally I think there are a lot of drivers that simply don’t give a rats.

You are right there some camper vans are as bad as some carvaners,
Last time we were on the road a camper van went parked in with the trucks,
that is were they always park he told me that. :rolleyes:
