Worst part is that they'll probably just get " a rap over the knuckles"........or a suspended sentence.

Does the Transport Accident Commission need to update it's revolutionary Bloody Idiots advertising campaign?

Perhaps something to include social media, like: ''If you drink, then drive, then film yourself crashing on Snapchat you're a bloody idiot

A 37-year-old woman has been charged with high-range drink driving after crashing her car in Sydney's south with her three children inside.

Around 8am on Monday morning, the woman was seen driving a Toyota Landcruiser along Washington Drive in Bonnet Bay, when the vehicle crossed to the wrong side of the road and collided with a parked car.

It then overcorrected, crossing back to the right side of the road before mounting the kerb.

According to witnesses, the driver then crawled out of the vehicle.

Three children, aged nine, seven, and three, were also seen getting out of the car.

Police attended the scene and breathalysed the woman before arresting her under suspicion of drink driving. She was taken to Sutherland Police Station for breath analysis and allegedly returned a reading of 0.367 – more than seven times the legal driving limit.

Inspector Steve Worthington, from Sutherland Police Area Command, said it was a shocking example of irresponsible behaviour.

“This woman has endangered not only her own life, and the lives of other road users, but also the lives of her own three children with this incredibly irresponsible act,” he said.

“The fact she didn’t kill or seriously injure someone with such high blood alcohol content is extremely fortunate, and it is of great concern to police that this behaviour takes place on our roads."

The woman was charged with high-range PCA and had her license immediately suspended. She was conditionally bailed to appear at Sutherland Local Court on May 3.

Police have also made children at risk notifications to Family and Community Services (FACS).

Here is another one...

A woman has been caught driving with four children in her car while more than six times over the legal blood alcohol limit in Frankston.

Police noticed a red Toyota sedan they say was driving carelessly around a roundabout about 5:30pm on Friday, and pulled th driver over on Hillcrest Road.

The driver, a 44-year-old woman, failed a breath test, registering a blood alcohol limit of .305.

Her car was impounded and she was charged on summons with drink driving and other traffic related offences.

A Victoria Police spokesman said the incident was "disturbing".
"It's disturbing that someone could have such a high reading and risk their own life, the life of the children and the life of other road users," he said.
