Hi TA,
there is no point googling the weight of LPG Cylinders.

Their nominal weight is generally taken to be 9KG empty, while each Cylinder has a Tare Weight stamped on it and is generally under 9KG.

In any case the Caravan in the OP already has 2 X 9KG cylinders fitted so this discussion is of no consequence.

Here are the specs:

AVAN ASPIRE 587-1 LIMITED TANDEM HARDTOP CARAVAN
This is probably Australia's best value 19FT Tandem Caravan!

This hardtop caravan will provide you with maximum comfort and living space, plus boasts an abundance of additional features with a large rear ensuite. You will have the freedom to explore more places with the Avan Aspire 587 as it comes with a reverse axle giving you greater road clearance and 15 inch wheels.

Avan caravans are built using smooth panel construction, which provides superior strength without the weight, giving you better fuel economy when traveling.

Con, the OPer hasn't logged in since he posted the question.
Hopefully he has been reading the responses and has gained some info that would help him.

Be nice for him to pop in and let us know how he's getting on though.............. :???:

Masterplumber, you asked a question, hopefully I offered you a reply, though a bit late.

Thankyou for your reply.

Lance, I agree, Thanks.
