Pass Books

Post by Gerry M » Wed May 29, 2019 8:02 pm

Hi all I mentioned to a daughter who works in the banking industry, that in recent times spotted an old boiler in both the CBA and WBC with a Pass Book in hand.

She just emailed this link.

https://www.smh.com.au/business/banking ... 51s19.html

It seem that Pass Books do exist and may for sometime yet.

My mother in law is 96 and still has a passbook. No way would she even contemplate on-line banking... she doesn't even own a mobile phone let alone a computer.
